Rosslyn Retreat \u2013 Booking Policies & House Rules<\/strong><\/h4>

Easy parking with a private driveway and additional space directly in front of the home.<\/p>

Booking Requirements<\/strong><\/h5>

– The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older
– The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay
– A valid government-issued ID may be required prior to check-in
– Guests agree to all house rules and policies upon booking<\/p>

Occupancy<\/strong><\/h5>

– Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
– Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance
– Unauthorized guests may result in immediate cancellation without refund<\/p>

Check-In & Check-Out<\/strong><\/h5>

– Check-in: 3:00 PM
– Check-out: 11:00 AM
– Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee<\/p>

No Parties or Events<\/strong><\/h5>

Rosslyn Retreat is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.<\/p>

– Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited
– Excessive noise may result in termination of stay and additional fees<\/p>

No Smoking<\/strong><\/h5>

– Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the home
– Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee<\/p>

Pets<\/strong><\/h5>

– Pets are permitted and must be approved in advance
– Additional pet fee of apply $100\/stay applies
– Feeding bowels, toys, treats, waste bags and towels are provided<\/p>

Parking<\/strong><\/h5>

– Driveway parking (primary space)
– Up to two vehicles may park directly in front of the home<\/p>

– Do not block neighboring driveways or restrict access
– Street parking is limited to the area directly in front of the property
– Parking on neighboring properties is prohibited<\/p>

– Maximum of 3 vehicles total unless approved in advance<\/p>

Respect for the Property<\/strong><\/h5>

– Please treat Rosslyn Retreat as you would your own home
– Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay
– Report issues promptly<\/p>

Cleaning & Condition<\/strong><\/h5>

– Cleaning fee is included
– Guests should leave the home in reasonable condition
– Excessive cleaning may result in additional charges<\/p>

Security & Safety<\/strong><\/h5>

– Exterior security cameras may be present (none inside)
– Tampering with security devices is prohibited<\/p>

Cancellations & Refunds<\/strong><\/h5>

– No refunds for weather, travel delays, or early departures<\/strong><\/p>

Liability<\/strong><\/h5>

– Guests assume responsibility for their stay
– Rosslyn Retreat is not liable for accidents or lost items<\/p>
